I am a digital journalist interested in data journalism and multiplatform reporting. My stories have been internationally published across several countries, in news outlets such as Bloomberg News London, El Mundo, The Telegraph, Folha de S. Paulo, among others.
My most recent work is a cross-border investigation into the supply chain of penicillin to understand the causes leading to global shortages of this cheap antibiotic. The stories that are a result of this work were released across six different countries, with Al Jazeera English, Quartz US, IBTimes UK, Mail & Guardian, among others.
I hold an MA in Interactive Journalism by City, University of London, a postgraduate diploma in Consumer Sciences by the School of Advertising and Marketing São Paulo and a degree in Journalism by University of Taubaté.
My professional experience is mainly in business and health journalism, but here I use data to shed light on topics I feel are underreported.
Be welcome aboard.
